There can’t be enough good said about people who help others. As athletes and event producers ourselves, we fully understand that there is no better feeling than to create a challenge and then support others to get through that challenge. If you or your charity, church, school group is interested in being part of the TriUtah team for the weekend, please click on the event link below that you’re interested in helping with and sign up.
Race day volunteers will receive breakfast, snacks, a slick TriUtah volunteer shirt, an athlete goodie bag endless high fives and the satisfaction of knowing you helped a lot of good people do something special.
Thanks for considering to volunteer with us, and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Be a part of the TriUtah team for the weekend! We look forward to having you out with us!
Where do you need help?
Be a part of the TriUtah team! This takes place the day prior to the event. Depending on what you’re comfortable with, you might be setting up barricade, bike racks, hanging fencing or helping us set up courses and tents! There’s always plenty to do!
Packet Pick-Up (PPU)
Come meet the athletes! We do our best to set up our packet pick ups on Thursdays for about a 3-5 hour span. At PPU we need people with great attitudes and big smiles. Volunteers check ID’s, hand out packets, race shirts and high fives!
Volunteers here are body marking, answering general questions and securing the transition area.
We’re always looking for people to help keep our swimmers safe. If you have experience as a lifeguard or diver please let us know. If you have a kayak or SUP let us know that too!
Our aid stations are like an event in themselves! We encourage costumes and props if you have them! There is music at all the aid stations so you can jam out to music, give out water, Gatorade, snacks and high fives!
This position is where you will assist keeping cycles and runners on course
Believe us, athletes are happy to see you here! This is where volunteers will be removing timing chips, handing out medals, water and food to the athletes.
Tear down is where it’s at! This is where we all pitch in and tear down the rest of the event equipment and get it packed in!
