A quick reminder about the FREE Bank of American Fork Woman of Steel Triathlon clinic on Saturday, May 8th at 9:00AM, provided by In Training, LLC and featuring Paula Eldredge, one of last year’s WOS award winners. Meet in the parking lot directly north of the American Fork Fitness Center.

We will walk you through the Woman of Steel triathlon from start to finish to let you know what to expect on race day and throw in a few tips while we are at it. There will be several seasoned female triathletes available to answer your questions about triathlon. Afterwards, we will give you a hands-on tour of the course. Those of you who would like to, bring your bike and bike gear (remember your helmet!) and running shoes. We’ll bike one loop of the bike course and complete the whole run course. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
