Jordanelle Tri registration update

Only one week to go (or less!) for you to register for the Jordanelle Tri. We are over 80% full and registration closes August 16th (Sunday) or when it sells out during the week at 800 bib #’s. Dont’ forget the In Training course preview at Rock Cliff, 8:00AM on Saturday, Aug. 15th. Attendance is free and open to everyone (including those who are not racing the Jordanelle Tri). Salt Lake Running will be on-site with demo wetsuits from Blue Seventy.

What exactly is going on at the training course preview at Rock Cliff, 8:00AM on Saturday, Aug. 15th?
Can we swim the course, run the course and ride the course???
