Athletes will line up according to their estimated swim time. One participant will start at the same time in each of the two Life Time Fitness pools. Every 10 seconds another participant will enter the water in the designated outside lane of each pool. The participants will then complete one lap (2 lengths of the pool) in the first lane, and then continue in the next adjacent lane, for a total of 5 laps (250 yards). Once athletes complete the swim, they will exit the pool and move to the transition area located outside the Life Time Fitness center. If participating friends wish to line up next to each other for the start of the race, please line up according to the slower swimmer's 250 yard time.Bike: 13.2 miles total
